You have the right to return the products you purchased at your own expense and with whichever courier you wish
Product returns are accepted as long as they meet the conditions
- Return within 3 working days
- The tags (if any) of the manufacturing company as well as the product labels have not been removed or damaged.
- There is all the accompanying product such as the box any manuals that come with it and the proof of purchase (sent back with the product).
- If you want a refund, fill in the following on the return form (included in each package). 1) the IBAN account number. 2) the bank. 3) the name of the beneficiary 4) your order number. The amount is returned to your account within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of your parcel back to the company. Shipping costs are not included.
- Please ensure that the packaging of the shipment is secure so as to avoid any damage during transport. Return with damaged original packaging due to the negligence of the sender customer or adhesive tape on the box or notes with a pen / marker will not be accepted.
We inform you that ergaxilou.gr is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the transport of the return/shipment. Our online store has a mechanism for canceling an order (in whole or in part) that has already been placed. For any cancellation of an order (total or partial) you should send an e-mail to info@ergaxilou.gr.
